These terms apply to the paid Chrome/Brave extension Bayview Tuner and to licence keys sold through Payhip. By buying or activating a key, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the extension.
Bayview Tuner is a tuning tool for the browser port of Need for Speed: Underground 2 at nfsu2.xyz. It is a popup extension that reads and writes the game tab's WebAssembly memory. The current feature set is described on the Payhip product page and in the extension's README.
The price is €3.99 one-time, including any applicable VAT collected by Payhip as reseller. Payhip and PayPal process payment. The seller does not receive or store your card details. Prices may change for future purchases; a change does not affect a completed purchase.
Subject to payment, the seller grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Bayview Tuner on up to two devices that you control. A device is counted by a random device identifier generated by the extension.

The extension code is readable by design. Nothing in these terms prevents you from inspecting or modifying your own local copy for personal use, but modified copies are unsupported and may not be redistributed.
Use Bayview Tuner only with a legitimately obtained copy of the game. Do not use the extension to attack, overload, or interfere with the game's servers or other services.
The extension contacts a licence service to activate and verify keys. The service enforces the two-device limit and may lock a key that has been refunded, disabled, or used abusively. If the service is unreachable, the last verified licence remains valid for up to seven days. After that, the extension locks until it can verify again.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: all sales are final except where statutory rights apply. This does not affect your statutory rights. Contact support with your Payhip order number.
The extension depends on the nfsu2.xyz game build and its memory layout. A game update can break the tuner until offsets are updated. The seller aims to keep the extension working but does not guarantee compatibility with every future game build, browser version, or device. Support: bayviewtuner@gmail.com.
To the extent permitted by law, Bayview Tuner is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The seller does not warrant that the extension will be error-free or that it will work with every game mode or future build. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of game progress, loss of data, or damage caused by modifying game memory. The seller's total liability for a claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. This does not limit liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Do not use the extension to break the game's terms, to attack the game or its servers, to distribute malware, or to interfere with other players. Do not attempt to overload the licence service or use it to attack Payhip or Cloudflare.
Bayview Tuner is not affiliated with Electronic Arts or nfsu2.xyz. No EA logos, game files, or game assets are sold or distributed with the extension. Need for Speed and related marks belong to their owners. The game remains the property of its rightsholders.
The licence ends if you breach these terms or if the purchase is refunded or reversed. On termination, the extension may lock on the next verification. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU/UK consumers keep their statutory rights.
These terms may be updated for future sales. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top will change when the terms are updated.
