Bayview Tuner — Refund Policy

Bayview Tuner is a digital product delivered as a licence key and an extension. Payhip processes the sale. Payhip does not hold funds and does not issue refunds directly: refunds are issued by the seller through the original payment provider (PayPal or Stripe). This policy explains how refund requests are handled. It does not limit any statutory rights you have under consumer law.

Standard policy

All sales are final except where statutory rights apply. Because the licence key is delivered immediately and can be used at once, change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after the key has been activated. If you have not activated the key and want a refund, contact support promptly; the seller may approve it at their discretion.

When a refund will normally be approved

• the key cannot be activated and support cannot fix it;
• the extension does not work on a supported Chrome/Brave desktop setup and the problem cannot be resolved;
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• the product was not delivered (no key email) and support cannot resend it.

When a refund may be refused

• the key has been activated and the extension works as described;
• the request is based on a game update that changed the site after purchase, where the seller is working on a fix;
• the key was shared, resold, or used beyond the two-device limit;
• the request is outside the statutory period, where no statutory right applies.

EU/UK consumers

EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can be lost once supply begins with your consent and acknowledgement. Payhip's checkout handles this consent. Even where the withdrawal right is lost, your rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain. This policy does not reduce those rights.

How to request a refund

1. Email bayviewtuner@gmail.com from the address used on the Payhip order. Refund requests are handled by the seller, not by Payhip support.
2. Include the Payhip order number, the last four characters of the licence key, and a short description of the problem.
3. Allow a reasonable time to investigate. If the issue can be fixed, support may offer a fix or a replacement key first.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, Payhip disables the licence key. The extension locks on the next successful verification. Do not share the key after a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. A chargeback may result in the key being disabled while the dispute is investigated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
